RETURNS
At MKapparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. -
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for the following: incorrect size selection, minor color variation due to screen differences, normal wear and tear, items marked as final sale, gift cards, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered. -
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost. -
EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. -
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. -
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. -
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
